NexaSquared Digital Specialists
Managing a business brings questions that need more than a generic answer.
NexaSquared’s Digital Specialists help with staff issues, company procedures, platform guidance and everyday IT problems. They can use approved company knowledge and supported information available through configured access controls to provide guidance, help prepare next steps and support selected tasks.
Your team remains responsible for employment decisions, legal interpretation and reviewing sensitive matters.
Nexa HR & Workforce helps business owners and managers work through difficult staff situations, including attendance concerns, conduct, performance, grievances and workplace relationships.
Drawing on approved company handbooks, policies and authorised workforce information, it helps you organise the facts, understand relevant procedures and prepare a considered response. You can ask for draft correspondence, meeting questions, factual summaries and proposed next steps for review.
Where an applicable published jurisdiction reference pack is available, the specialist can use that material alongside company policy to support consideration of relevant labour-law requirements.
Its purpose is to help managers prepare and follow an appropriate process, not to decide disciplinary outcomes, dismiss employees or replace professional judgement.
“An employee has repeatedly arrived late. Using our approved attendance and disciplinary policies, help me organise the facts, prepare questions for a meeting and identify matters requiring HR review.”
Labour-law reference coverage
Published labour-law reference material is currently available for the Isle of Man. It is maintained reference material, not live legal research or automatic legal updates.
Managers must confirm the employment jurisdiction relevant to the employee concerned, particularly when discussing another employee. Do not assume that guidance covers other jurisdictions.
The specialist supports preparation and consistent processes. It does not guarantee legal compliance or replace qualified HR or employment-law advice.
Organise the information provided, distinguish facts from assumptions and identify questions that need further investigation.
Use approved attendance, disciplinary, grievance and other relevant policies to help prepare the next steps.
Draft neutral meeting questions, correspondence and factual summaries for an authorised person to review.
Use available published jurisdiction reference material alongside company policy, with the relevant employment jurisdiction confirmed before relying on law-related guidance.
Nexa Compliance helps authorised teams understand approved company procedures and organise the work needed to review them.
It can explain company guidance, help prepare review notes and support requests for information. Its supported summaries include published-document counts, document-expiry information and the number of open compliance work items.
Where enabled, users can create document requests, policy-review tasks and compliance or evidence-pack preparation work items for their team to take forward.
Coverage depends on the company’s configured policies and knowledge. Nexa Compliance supports an organised review process; people remain responsible for interpreting obligations, assessing evidence and deciding whether further action or professional advice is required.
“Explain the steps in our approved compliance procedure and help prepare a policy-review task describing the information we still need.”
Review and preparation tasks are not completed audits or assembled evidence packs. Nexa Compliance does not certify compliance or provide automatic regulatory updates.
Ask questions about the company guidance and compliance procedures available to the specialist.
Obtain supported summaries of published documents and approaching or passed expiry dates.
Prepare document requests and policy-review or compliance-preparation tasks, where enabled.
Selected beta
Nexa Concierge helps signed-in employees and managers find their way around NexaSquared, understand features and answer everyday questions using supported information available to their account.
Depending on permissions and company settings, it can explain approved company knowledge and provide selected information about leave, shifts, timesheets and recruitment.
It is suited to navigation, onboarding and everyday platform guidance, helping users understand where to go and which process to follow. It is not a replacement for specialist HR, compliance or IT support.
Nexa Concierge is currently available through the selected-beta programme. Access depends on company and audience settings and is not automatically included for every customer.
“Where do I request annual leave, and how can I check my remaining balance?”
Get help locating relevant pages and understanding where to complete a task.
Ask how supported features and company procedures work.
Obtain supported information available within your account’s permissions and company configuration.
IT Support AI Employee helps users describe technical problems and work through safe first-line troubleshooting.
It asks diagnostic questions, offers manageable steps and uses approved company IT guidance where relevant material is available. This can support common account, software, device and connectivity questions without assuming the user is a technical expert.
Where enabled, the conversation can become an internal support ticket, preserving the reported problem and troubleshooting history for human review. Configured critical or security reports can also create tickets and escalation records.
This is guided assistance, not remote administration. Problems requiring device access, account changes or specialist intervention remain with the appropriate human support team.
“I cannot connect to the VPN. Help me work through safe checks, then prepare an internal support ticket with the steps we have tried.”
The specialist does not inspect your device, reset passwords, change access permissions or apply remote fixes. Ticket creation and escalation depend on company settings; creating a record does not guarantee a response time.
Receive guided troubleshooting for common software, account and connectivity problems.
Use relevant approved instructions and support procedures where available.
Preserve the reported issue and troubleshooting history for your support team, where ticket creation is enabled.
NexaSquared uses company-scoped access controls, approved knowledge selection and permission checks to help restrict the information supplied to its assistants. Company knowledge is used to support authorised assistance, not to provide a public document library.
The AI Gateway manages requests to the AI provider, checks company and conversation context, applies service and usage controls, and records usage and request status.
Relevant messages, selected company-document excerpts and permitted record information may be sent to OpenAI to generate a response. This means relevant company information may be processed outside NexaSquared.
Access to Digital Specialists depends on the offering, eligible subscription or entitlement, company activation and user permissions. Available knowledge and actions also depend on company configuration.
Some specialists provide guidance and information without business actions being enabled. Where actions are available, confirmation and approval requirements depend on the action and company settings.
Nexa Concierge remains available to selected beta companies.
